Finding a Plan B to reach goals

Today I chose to walk to and from an appointment because it hadn’t been possible to get to an 8.30 gym appointment because of the weather.  So I’ve had nearly 2 hours walking in the snow.  On the way to my meeting, it was mostly crunchy snow.  On the way back there was more ice and I neatly slipped once without hurting myself.  I’m happy that I’ve got some exercise in my week and although I feel tired I also feel better for doing so.  So remember the value of a plan B or  re-think when days don’t go to plan.
