Weight Loss Tip 4

Um, as I reflect on where I am with my journey today, I am thinking out loud as I write. So what tip have I learnt to pass on. I have had the benefit of a friend’s time today who is a fitness trainer. As a result of this I now have an increased calorie allowance, which feels exciting. It feels like I have been invited to a daily party. However, it will also mean taking the time to note the grammes of protein, carbs and fat. I am kind of wondering if I will get round to eating or whether I’ll have time to do anything else! So mixed feelings today. I feel grateful, excited and at the same time fearful that the weight will go on because the calorie intake is higher. It’s all about regulating my metabolism and it is an opportunity to trust a friend too!

So from this my tip would be – sit with the discomfort and take advice from experts. Be flexible and go the extra mile to get your goals!
